Catherine and Anthony hosted a classy Richmond wedding, getting married in the heart of Downtown Richmond at the John Marshall Ballrooms. Their day was elegant with little touches throughout the day that really reflected them as a couple.
The couple got ready in the bridal suite and pool room inside the John Marshall with their closest friends. Hair and makeup, done by Best Face Artists, really highlighted Catherine’s natural beauty. After that, we went over to the Cathedral of Sacred Heart for their ceremony. The church features stunning arches and ceilings which the bride mentioned is what drew them to the space. Then, we went over to Maymont for their portraits. The gardens were lush and green, offering a multitude of locations to take beautiful photos. Afterwards, we went back over to the John Marshall for their gorgeous reception.
Richmond Reception Features
Catherine and Anthony’s reception was one for the books. For music, Blackout Band kept the crowd going all night long. The couple choreographed their first dance as well as had their best friend singing their first dance song which made for the most sentimental moments. Their planning and florals, done by Riverwood Designs, were simply stunning and made the tables really pop in the space.
