In the mountains of Roanoke, this couple exchanged vows at their family home to commemorate their love and union with one another for their perfect summer wedding. Sarah and Justin are the definition of light. They are truly two of the kindest people I have had the pleasure of working with. The bride, Sarah, and I really connected during our calls leading up to the ceremony. You could tell she couldn’t wait to enjoy the day with all her closest family. Their summer wedding encapsulated their love and joy so perfectly.
Key Summer Wedding Details
This couple focused on family over all the glam of a huge wedding. They held their ceremony and brunch reception at family property. For the kids, there were coloring books made by family. Secondly, their ceremony featured music by Dunlap and Mabe, a Tennessee bluegrass band that brought such a fun atmosphere to the day. The guests wore bright colors and really brought the joy to the summer day. For food and drink, Blue Ridge Catering based out of Roanoke, Virginia, provided a delicious and elevated brunch. They brought outstanding service during the day with their bartenders as well. Two of them even posed for my camera! Sarah’s hair, done by Lived in Hair Co, provided the perfect base for her to dance all morning long. All the vendors and details of this day truly made it one of my favorites yet!
